It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Vance David Bourque on June 23, 2025, at the age of 56 years.

Vance is survived by his siblings: Marlene Evans (Earl), Debbie Congram (Barry), Valerie Acton, Bradley Bourque (Barb) and Jason Bourque

He is lovingly remembered by his extended family of numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces & Nephews. All of which he really enjoyed spending time with.

Vance will be sadly missed by his favorite passengers and the many businesses he checked on to keep our town safe. His memory will be cherished by his good friends Michael Tom Berikoff, Fabrizio Berton and Chris Hoysington. Vance will specially missed by Malcolm Stewart, no more coffee runs or quick TV repairs. 

His partner Doraine Grenier will cherish his memory. 
Gone too soon but never forgotten. Until we meet again. 

Vance David Bourque was predeceased by his father Ernie Bourque (1994) and his mother Rita Bourque (nee Dragon) (2022).

As per request of the deceased, there will be no service. Cremation has already taken place. Ashes to be transported to the family trap line and set free at a later date. ​

A Celebration of Life will be held for Vance David Bourque on August 3, 2025 from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, at Queen Elizabeth Park Picnic Area by the entry to camping sites in Fort Smith NT 

Everyone is welcome but please no alcohol or drugs. Please come share your memories of Vance and enjoy some refreshments with friends & family.
