Sachinder Singh Kalsi

It   is   with   great   sadness   that   our family   announces   Mr.   Sachinder Singh   Kalsi,   86,   of   Edmonton, Alberta sadly passed away on March 7, 2025.   Sachinder is survived by his   loving   wife   Harjeet,  son   Ricki, son Raj (wife Raman), and grandson Shaanav.

Sachinder immigrated to Canada in the 1970’s and  pursued  different careers and interests until he retired from the Postal Service.  He made long   lasting   friendships   that   were essentially like family. He had a very special   place   in   his   heart   for   his  grandson, who he loved dearly.

He   will   be   remembered   for   his caring   and   compassionate   nature towards everyone.  Many will recall  that he was always smiling and in a happy mood.  He will be missed by all who were lucky to call him their husband, dad, brother, uncle, friend, and especially dadu (grandfather).

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, Mach 15, 2025 at 1:00 pm at Edmonton Crematorium & Funeral Home, 6403 Roper Rd NW, Edmonton, AB. Prayer service will immediately follow at Gurudwara Mill Woods, 2606 Mill Woods Rd E, Edmonton, AB.
