In Loving Memory of Lubhaya Ram

It is with deep sorrow and immense love that we announce the passing of Lubhaya Ram, who left us peacefully on October 17, 2025 in Edmonton, Alberta surrounded by his family.

Ram, the son of late Jit Kaur and late Sita Ram, was born on May 18, 1970 in Parasrampur, Punjab, India. Ram carried the spirit of his village as a treasured part of his identity and family. Ram’s life was defined by resilience and hard work. He was a man of integrity and kindness, as he was admired for his profound sense of community and seva (selfless service). Ram will be remembered for his laughter, generosity, and the love he gave freely to those around him. His memory will live on in the countless lives he’s touched across nations and in the hearts of those who loved him most.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Rajinder Kaur and his two daughters, Harleen Kaur and Khushi Kaur alongside many family members, relatives and friends from across the world.

The funeral service will be held at Edmonton Crematorium and Funeral Home 6403 Roper Rd NW, Edmonton, AB on Saturday October 25, 2025 at 10:00am.
