It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved grandmother, Sardarni Hardip Kaur.

A strong and resilient woman, Hardip Kaur was born in undivided India as the eldest of her siblings. She married Sardar Joginder Singh in 1966 and faced life’s trials with unwavering courage.

Tragically, she endured the loss of her eldest son at a young age, followed by the passing of her husband just a few years later. Despite these hardships, she remained a pillar of strength for her family. Two years ago, she faced another profound loss when her youngest son passed away.

Hardip Kaur will always be lovingly remembered by her family Daughter: Kuljit Kaur (Charanjeet Singh) Grandsons: Talwinderjit (Gursimran), Maninderjit (Daljit) Daughter-in-law: Gurtej Kaur Grandchildren: Amritpreet (Navroop), Avjot Brother: Hardev Singh (Harbhajan Kaur) , Rajvir Singh (Baljeet Kaur) Sisters-in-law: Kuldeep Kaur Sisters: Balwinder Kaur (Narinder Singh), Baljeet Kaur (Balwinder Singh), Kuldeep Kaur (Opinderjit Singh) and the extended Kahlon Family.

She was predeceased by her husband, Joginder Singh Kahlon, her sons, Gurjot Singh and Sukhraj Singh, and her brother, Ranbir Singh Cheema and brother in law Nahang Mahinder Singh Kahlon ( Harbhajan Kaur). Her love, strength, and sacrifices will forever remain in our hearts. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

A Funeral Service will take place at 10:30 am on Friday, December 27th, 2024 at Edmonton Crematorium and Funeral Home 6403 Roper Road Edmonton, AB.
