It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of

David (James) Berry

on February 4th 2026.

David was born in Calgary on December 9th 1981.

Through the years he lived in Calgary, Saskatoon, Abbotsford and Edmonton.

David was a beloved son, brother and father who will be remembered for his great sense of humor, being Batman for his kids, his love and

skill with musical instruments and the ability he had to gather, and often lead, his many friends he made throughout his life.

He is survived by his parents Greg and Barb Berry, his brother Steven,

his sons Brody and Brycen, his step children Bryanna and Branden along with their mother Sandra.

The funeral service will be held at Edmonton Crematorium and Funeral Home 6403 Roper Rd on Monday, February 16th at 1pm.

The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the staff of the University of Alberta Neuroscience Ward the staff at the Glenrose Hospital and the George Spady Society, Holyrood.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Davids name may be made directly to the Hope Mission in Edmonton.
