With a deep sense of sorrow and loss, our family announces the passing of our son Avneel on August 12th, 2025 at the age of 27.

His memory will be cherished by his Aaji, his father Asish Kumar, his mother Shanti Bhan, his brothers Aaron Kumar and Akash Kumar, as well as his uncles, aunties, cousins, and friends.

The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to all that have surrounded us with love, prayers, and support during the heartbreaking loss of our beloved son. Your kind words, visits, meals, flowers, and acts of compassion have brought us comfort during an unimaginable time.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for walking beside us and honoring our son's memory with us.

Funeral service for Avneel Kumar will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, August 18, 2025 at Edmonton Crematorium & Funeral Home, 6403 Roper Rd NW, Edmonton, AB.
